All order details must be received in writing before production
can begin. Order cancellations are subject to costs incurred

All shipments should be thoroughly checked upon arrival. Returned
merchandise will not be accepted without AllAboutPromos authorization.
Claims must be presented within ten days of shipment. In the
case of damaged freight, please save all packaging materials
and call us at once to arrange for Carrier inspection. All shipments
leave the factory after being inspected by quality control.
Claims for lost or damaged merchandise should be claimed from
AllAboutPromos encourages you to request a sample of the item
prior to ordering. Sample requests totaling $5.00 or more will
be invoiced at sample cost, plus freight charges. Samples cannot
be returned for credit. If you would like to return a sample
above $30.00, please call us for a Return Authorization number.
Once you become a client, you can expect a higher sample limit
at no charge.

be established, nor can terms be extended without our credit

First-time orders require prepayment in full.
Reorders must specify previous invoice #, date, PO#, style #,
color and imprint color. Exact product color or imprint color
as previous order cannot be guaranteed. Orders more than 3 years
old will require a new screen charge. Reorder Set-Up charges
Setup, Art & Repeat Order Charges
All orders below $1000.00 per item incur a setup charge of $40.00
per imprint color as stated. The first setup charge will be
waived for orders above $1000.00, for one item. Setup charges
are waived for repeat orders within three years of original
order, and the imprint is identical.
Production time does not include the day order is received;
production time will begin after approval of credit, item and
paper proof. Ship days are limited to a certain quantity.

REQUIREMENTS and FILE FORMATS
AllAboutPromos our skilled graphic designers will help you with
your artwork, if you do not have final artwork available for
us just provide us with whatever information you do have and
our experts will work it out. Please take note that this will
cause some delay in shipping your order, since we will not start
printing until we have final approval.

Camera Ready Artwork
If you are sending in artwork on disk or via e-mail, we must
receive a hard copy to insure accurate rendering. A fax, photocopy,
or laser printed copy of the art is sufficient.
On Disk: We accept standard floppy disks, 100MB ZIP disks, and
Electronic artwork files can be e-mailed to email@example.com
in one of the following file formats: psd, pdf, eps, tif, ai,
or jpeg. Convert text to curves; graphics should be vector art
for best results. Minimum resolution for bitmaps is 600 dpi
at original imprint size; maximum file size is 5 MB. A faxed
or hard copy of the artwork is required for proofing purposes.
Location of Imprint
Please provide a detailed layout indicating imprint location,
orientation, copy positioning, typeface, typestyle (caps, bold,
italics, type size, etc.) If size and/or position are not specified
we will use its discretion. Any revisions will require a new
paper proof and may incur additional charges.
More than one imprint location may be available for one item.
Additional charges will occur for more than one imprint area.
Failure to follow these guidelines will delay the processing
of your order.
Digital art can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Artwork must
meet all the requirements for digital artwork files. File sizes
over 5MB must be compressed using Stuffit, Winzip or Zipit.

Artwork Correction Charges
We reserve the right to determine acceptable art. Art Dept time
is at a cost of $50.00/hour. It is our goal to finalize the
artwork without charging, we will wave the charges for the first

Our artists will prepare an electronic proof of your artwork,
and even make recommendations if you would like. These Proofs
can be emailed or faxed to you for your review and approval.
Delays in approval or changes will delay order. Production time
does not begin until we receive faxed approval. Changes to paper
proof may require additional charges.
Proof not available for rush orders.
Production proof is recommended on all large orders. An actual
pre-production product sample can be prepared with a one time
handling charge plus the standard order setup charge. Proof
samples can add 1 to 4 weeks to any given delivery. We can often
credit the extra cost for production proof once the order is
placed, please call customer service for details.
Due to the nature of printing on ad specialty items, exact color
matches cannot always be guaranteed. All PMS color matches will
incur an additional charge per item. Change of ink during production
will incur additional charges. Light colored imprints on dark
colored items may require a double imprint for proper coverage,
and may incur additional charges.
We make best efforts to ship your products to your desired destination
in the most economical way. We have deals with carriers including
Federal Express and UPS where we get up to 60% off on shipping
costs. These savings are transferred direct to out clients.

All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the factory.
